West Ham handed record £5.5m fine West Ham have been fined £5.5m after being found guilty over charges relating to the transfers of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano. But the Hammers have avoided a points deduction which could have ended their hopes of staying in the Premeirship. jammy...

I have faith in our boys; I think 3 points from the Bolton game and we will be safe - that game is massive. We will do it!!!

If you stay up it is a travesty...you have cheated and the reason you didn't get a points deduction is the FA didn't want to upset the fans...what a fix...

There are certain clubs that the FA won't touch and West Ham are one them. Is Sir Trevor Brooking still involved with the FA??? Also AFC Wimbledon were deducted points for fielding a player without the proper documentation, West Ham should have been docked points!

the point is that west ham should be one of the untouchables because we won the world cup!!!.
Also others have comitted worse crimes, racism, hooliginism, tapping up players, bungs etc. and they had fines of half a weeks wages. fact is that if we get relegated its gonna take longer for us to get up because we wont have the amount of money to compete in that first season in the championship.
Its not a fix the FA want football matters to besorted with the football not by deducting points.
Also we have the best fans and should be taken into consideration (not like those quiet, only sing when we score gooners)

West ham are now pretty sure of safety, Sheffield will want to take no risks with their match with Wigan and go out to win because West ham have been in such form that it matches with any top club at the moment.
Also Man u have a certain FA cup to win and will not want any fresh injuries for that.
Anton has asked Rio of he can score another own goal and keep his favourite team in the prem and i am sure he'll oblige.
One thing for sure is that if we do stay up at least we are guarenteed 6 points thanks to the gooners.
